These Terms and Conditions outline the terms of service between you and Central Vision Properties, (hereafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our website to make a booking or payment.

    1. PURPOSE OF SERVICES: Our services are designed for personal and non-commercial use only. You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.

    2. BOOKING: By making a booking on our website, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter a binding contract. When reserving a property, you must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the information provided is false or misleading.

    3. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: Once we receive your payment, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes all the details of your reservation. It’s important to note that your reservation is not considered complete until you receive this confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns about the reservation confirmation process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. PAYMENTS: To confirm your reservation and ensure that everything is in order for your upcoming stay, we kindly ask that you make full payment for the cost of the property, deposit, and any additional services at the time of booking. We understand that this may be a lot to handle all at once, which is why we offer a convenient online payment option to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for you.     5. CANCELATION POLICY: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your reservation. To cancel your reservation, please refer to the cancellation policy set forth in your lease agreement. We encourage you to review this policy carefully to ensure you understand the terms and conditions of your reservation.

    6. REFUND POLICY: If you need to cancel your reservation, refunds will be provided in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in your lease agreement. We want to ensure that you have access to all the necessary information to make informed decisions about your travel plans.

    7. LIABILITY: Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for any damages or loss of property resulting from the use of our services. While we strive to provide the highest level of quality and care in all aspects of our business, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Vehicle Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rental of a vehicle from Central Vision Properties (“Rental Company”) to the renter (“Renter”). By renting a vehicle from the Rental Company, Renter agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    1. AGE REQUIREMENT: The renter must be at least 21 years of age and must possess a valid driver’s license.

    2. RENTAL PERIOD: The rental period begins at the time the vehicle is rented and continues until the vehicle is returned to the Rental Company. The minimum rental period is two days.

    3. PAMENT: The renter must provide a valid credit card or debit card for payment of rental charges, fees, and any other charges incurred during the rental period. A refundable deposit of $500 is collected at the time of payment. The total charge of the rental vehicle, including any fees and charges, will be deducted from the refundable deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to Renter. The renter will be responsible for any charges that exceed the amount of the deposit.

    4. USE OF VEHICLE: The vehicle may only be driven by the Renter and any additional drivers listed on the rental agreement. The vehicle may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. The vehicle may not be used for any illegal purposes or activities.

    5. INSURANCE: The rental fee includes basic liability insurance. The renter may choose to purchase additional insurance coverage at an additional cost. The renter is responsible for any damages to the vehicle, regardless of fault, during the rental period.

    6. FUEL: The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of gas. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of gas, Renter will be charged for the cost of refueling the vehicle.

    7. DAMAGE TO VEHICULES: Renter is responsible for any damages to the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault. Renter must report any damage to the vehicle to Rental Company immediately.

    8. PROHIBITED USES: The following uses of the vehicle are prohibited: towing, off-road use, racing, and transporting hazardous materials.

    9. BASE RATE: The base rate for the rental period will vary depending on the vehicle chosen by the Renter.

    10. ADDITIONAL FEES: Renter will be responsible for any additional fees incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to additional driver fees, underage driver fees, and late return fees.

    11. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

    12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Rental Company and Renter and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.

    13. MODIFICATIONS: This Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.

    14. WAIVER: The failure of Rental Company to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce that provision.

    15. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    16. By signing below, Renter acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Renter also agrees to pay any fees for damages or additional charges incurred during the rental period and authorizes Rental Company to charge their credit card or debit card for any such fees.

    At Central Vision Property we’re committed to providing our customers with a hassle-free rental experience. We understand that things can sometimes go wrong, which is why we offer the following Refund and Return Policy:

    CANCELLATION POLICY: Renters who book have 8 hours to cancel for free. Cancellations after 8 hours will result in a charge of one day of the rental fee plus taxes and other fees.

    VEHICULE RETURN : Renter is responsible for returning the vehicle to the rental location on or before the return date and time specified in the rental agreement. If the vehicle is not returned on time, Renter must communicate with the company to avoid fees.

    EXCHANGES: Renters can exchange the vehicle within one hour of driving from the pickup time only if it has mechanical issues.

    CHARGES: Renters who don’t show up for a trip within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time start will be charged a $125 no-show fee.

    Renters who return the vehicle 30 minutes after the scheduled return time will be charged a $150 late fee.

    Renters who show up without a license, with an invalid license, or send someone else to drive will be considered a no-show.

    Early returns are accepted, but renters will be charged 70% of the total price plus half of the pick-up fee.

    All fees will be deducted from the refundable deposit, which may exceed the $500 deposit.

    Damage and Cleaning:

    If the vehicle is returned with damages or excessive dirt, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs and/or cleaning. The cost will be determined based on the extent of the damage and may exceed the $500 deposit. The renter will be charged $250 for any smoke stains, burns, or excessive dirt in the vehicle.

    Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our renters. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our vehicles in excellent condition.

    We reserve the right to refuse a rental to any person or terminate a rental at any time for any reason. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by this Refund and Return Policy.

    In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options for extending the rental period or returning the vehicle early.
